The
restaurant is fully licensed and has a very extensive menu, catering
for all tastes. Plenty of vegetarian dishes are available and
we pride ourselves on being specialists in this field. Bar meals
are also available throughout the day and, of course, delicious
Cornish cream teas - not to be missed.

Our
bedrooms are comfortably furnished, each having the following
facilities:-
* En-suite * Colour Television * Tea & Coffee making facilities

Activities
in the area include:- Surfing (at our local beach Trebarwith
Strand), Riding, Trekking, Fishing, Tennis and Golf. Walking,
particularly on Bodmin Moor is very popular with our visitors.

Tintagel
is ideally situated and can be used, as a base, for touring the
whole of Cornwall.
Locally, the coastline, much of which is owned and maintained
by The National Trust, is a designated area of outstanding natural
beauty and the views from the coastal footpaths are amongst the
best in Europe.
Tintagel is also famous for its Castle, the reputed home of King
Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table and Merlin's Cave,
one of the most famous caves in Cornwall. King Arthur's Great
Hall with its seventy-two stained glass windows and its Arthurian
light and laser show is a must for all who are interested in
the legend of King Arthur. Also, close by is the 14th century
'Old Post Office', one of the most photo-graphed buildings in
Cornwall.
Places of interest close by include:- The old Cornish fishing
villages of Padstow, Port Isaac, and Boscastle - these quaint
harbours are a pleasure to the eye and have altered little in
the past hundred years.
Close by are the beautiful sandy beaches of Rock, Polzeath, Daymer
Bay and Bude. If the weather is not so good there are plenty
of indoor activity centres.
